Account & Registration

Go to the Register page and fill in your mobile number, email address and a secure password. You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number to verify your account. Once verified, your account is active and you can log in, make a deposit and start playing. The entire process takes under two minutes for most players.

No. Each player is allowed one account only. Duplicate accounts are against our Terms and Conditions and can result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. First check that the mobile number you entered during registration is correct and active. OTP messages are usually delivered within 60 seconds. If it has not arrived, check that your inbox is not full and that you have not accidentally blocked the sender. You can request a new OTP after the countdown timer expires. If the issue persists, contact support and they can resend the verification manually.

Deposits & Withdrawals

bitpkr supports a range of payment methods that are widely used across Pakistan, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR so there are no currency conversion fees to worry about.

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your bitpkr account within a few minutes. Bank transfers and card payments may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing time. If a deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference and they will look into it straight away.

Go to the Cashier section inside your logged-in account and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer — enter the amount in PKR and confirm. Withdrawals are processed promptly. Funds typically reach your JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet quickly once the withdrawal has been approved. Make sure the wallet or account you are withdrawing to belongs to you and matches your registered details.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are shown in the Cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method. The limits are set to be accessible for players at all levels. Check the Cashier for the current figures — they are displayed clearly before you initiate any transaction.

bitpkr does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Since all transactions are in PKR, there are no conversion charges either. bitpkr displays odds in decimal format by default, which is the most straightforward format to understand. A decimal odd of 2.50 means that for every PKR 100 you stake, you will receive PKR 250 back in total if your bet wins — that is your PKR 100 stake returned plus PKR 150 in profit. Higher odds mean a less likely outcome but a bigger potential return.

If a match is officially abandoned, cancelled or postponed before the minimum number of overs required for a result has been completed, bets are typically voided and stakes returned to your account. The specific rules depend on the market type and are covered in the Terms and Conditions. Check your bet slip or account bet history for the status of affected bets.

Responsible Gaming
