1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bitpkr, creating an account or using any feature of the platform — including sports betting, Live Casino, Game Lobby, Bingo or the VIP programme — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If any part of these terms is not acceptable to you, you should not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and bitpkr. They apply to every interaction you have with the platform, whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser or any other access method. The terms are effective from the moment you create your account.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

The bitpkr platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any part of the platform. This applies without exception to all sections including sports betting, Live Casino, slots, bingo and the VIP programme.

By registering, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• You are registering and using the platform on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player anywhere that would prohibit your access to online gaming platforms.
• All information you provide during registration and at any later point is accurate, complete and truthful.

bitpkr reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point. If verification cannot be completed or if a player is found to be under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and any balances handled in accordance with our verification policy.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each person may hold only one account on bitpkr. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers or payment details — is a violation of these terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances reviewed.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. This includes your password, any two-factor authentication details and any other information used to access your account. bitpkr will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel.

• Your account is personal to you. Do not share access with anyone else.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately.
• Accounts registered with false or inaccurate information may be suspended pending verification.
• bitpkr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.

Account balances, bonuses and VIP progress are not transferable between accounts or between players under any circumstances.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and PKR Payments

All transactions on bitpkr are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied to deposits or withdrawals. Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account balance after confirmation from the payment provider. Most deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are instant. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending bank. bitpkr does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may have their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal processing times depend on your VIP tier and the payment method selected. Standard processing begins within 24 to 48 hours. Gold tier members and above benefit from priority processing. Diamond tier members have no withdrawal cap and near-instant processing for standard amounts.

• Withdrawals are paid to the same method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible.
• You must complete any applicable bonus wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed.
• bitpkr may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not in your name will not be processed.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

bitpkr offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are stated at the time the offer is communicated. General bonus rules apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer details.

Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the total amount you need to wager before the bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly when the bonus is offered. Standard wagering requirements on bitpkr range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount depending on the promotion type.

• Bonus funds must be used before real money funds. Once bonus funds are exhausted, real money balance is used.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%; certain slot games may contribute less. Game-specific contribution rates are listed in the bonus terms.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred.
• bitpkr reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses already credited to an account will be honoured under the terms active at the time of crediting.
• Attempting to abuse the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play or exploiting system errors — will result in bonus removal and potential account suspension.

VIP cashback, which is available from Gold tier upwards, does not carry wagering requirements and is credited directly as usable balance in PKR.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

Sports betting, Live Casino, Game Lobby and Bingo each operate under specific game rules that are available within the relevant section of the platform. These Terms and Conditions set the overarching framework; individual game and betting rules take precedence for game-specific matters.

Sports betting: All bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant competition or event. For cricket, including PSL matches and T20 internationals, results are taken from the official governing body. Bets placed on abandoned or postponed matches are settled according to the specific market rules displayed at the time of betting.

• bitpkr reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a system error.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to connection quality and market availability. Bets accepted before a key event — such as a wicket or boundary — that has already occurred but not yet reflected in the odds may be voided at bitpkr's discretion.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These are displayed in the relevant betting section.

Live Casino and Games: Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems. Results cannot be influenced by the platform or by players. If a technical error disrupts a game round, the round will be voided and any stake returned to the player's balance.

7 VIP Programme Terms

The bitpkr VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier progression is based on monthly PKR wagering volume. All accounts are enrolled automatically from registration — no opt-in is required.

• Monthly play volume is calculated based on total PKR wagered across all platform sections during a calendar month.
• Tiers are reviewed and updated at the start of each calendar month based on the previous month's activity.
• A one-month grace period applies before any downgrade takes effect following a month of lower activity.
• Diamond tier is by invitation only and is extended at bitpkr's discretion to top-performing Platinum members.
• VIP cashback, faster withdrawals and account manager access are tier-specific benefits and do not carry over if a tier is downgraded.
• VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply exclusively to the account on which they are earned.

bitpkr reserves the right to modify tier thresholds, benefit structures or the programme as a whole with reasonable notice to affected members. Changes of material impact will be communicated directly to VIP account holders.

8 Responsible Gaming

bitpkr is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity within personal limits. These tools are available to every account holder regardless of VIP tier and can be activated from the account settings at any time.

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts in PKR.
• Loss limits — set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period.
• Session time limits — receive automatic alerts when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-off period — temporarily suspend your account for a short period without full self-exclusion.
• Self-exclusion — close your account for a defined period or permanently. Self -exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Gaming on bitpkr is intended as a form of entertainment for adults. It should never be used as a source of income or as a way to recover financial losses. 9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bitpkr. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors or use any automated system, bot or script to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players in Live Casino games or sports betting markets.
• Abusing the bonus system, including through coordinated wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that are associated with fraudulent activity.
• Any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players or the normal operation of the platform.

bitpkr monitors platform activity and uses both automated and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Investigations are conducted confidentially, and findings are acted on without prior notice where necessary to protect platform integrity.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

bitpkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is reasonable suspicion of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, identity inconsistency or prohibited conduct as described in Section 9. In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, balances are held and not accessible until the review is complete.

If an investigation concludes that a violation has occurred:

• Bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus play in violation of terms may be forfeited.
• Real money deposits that were not used in prohibited activity will be returned to the original payment method.
• The outcome of the investigation will be communicated to the account holder at the registered contact details.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after pending bets are settled.

11 Privacy and Data Handling

bitpkr collects and processes personal data necessary for account management, payment processing, identity verification and responsible gaming purposes. How we collect, store, use and protect your data is described in full in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your contact details to send account-related notifications, bonus offers and platform updates. You may manage your communication preferences at any time from your account settings.

12 Changes to These Terms

bitpkr may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes may reflect platform updates, new features, payment method additions or adjustments to bonus and VIP structures. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via their registered contact details or through a platform notification at login.

The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

13 Contact, Disputes and Complaints

Disputes: If you believe a bet or game outcome was settled incorrectly, you should raise the dispute within 30 days of the event being settled. Disputes raised after this period may not be reviewed. Our team will investigate and provide a written response within 5 business days of the complaint being logged.

bitpkr aims to resolve all complaints at the first point of contact where possible. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, details of further escalation options will be provided in our written response.
